Nana and Pa's visit

Nana and Pa (Taylor's grandparents) came up and spent 4 days here in town helping us with things that needed to be done. Nana cooked, cleaned, did lots of laundry, watched the baby so that I could bathe or get some rest. You should see the kitchen floor, it is SPARKLING!! She scrubbed it on her hands and knees with a soap pad... What a blessing, it makes me smile every time I look at it! And Pa picked up things at the store that were needed for meals, and entertained James! Their time here was such a HUGE blessing to us, I can't thank them enough... I am so thankful for such wonderful family!

Introducing....

JAMES WATSON OTWELL!!!

Born April 24th at 12:42 pm, weighed 7 lbs 3 ozs 20 1/2" long

He is such a sweet, content little guy, and we are loving every moment with him!!

Still pregnant...

Hoping that lil' James comes SOOOOON! TRYING to be patient, though!

40 weeks... Any day now!!

Nesting, nesting

Today I was out for my walk and I heard some birds flying around and I looked up and there was a tree swallow with some grass or hay in it's mouth for a nest. I just had to smile, I am not the only one nesting!!

39 Weeks... still inside...

Still no baby..sigh

Sure are getting anxious!! I hope he isn't real late, early would be nice! Trying to wait on the Lord's timing!

Enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having. Still getting out for walks and basketball...

Today is sewing day at church, I am looking forward to that, as it will get my mind off of every twinge that I think "this could be it"...ugh..

SO thankful for my wonderful, encouraging Hubby who listens to me, and prays with me as the days are dragging by... He is such a blessing...

Anyway, enough rambling for one day..

Our Easter

Yesterday we woke up to a GORGEOUS day! It was so lovely. Before we went to church, Hubby read the story of Christ's resurrection, and we went out for a nice walk.

Church was really good, they shared all the way from creation to what we have to look forward to as Christians (our resurrection).

Then we came home and I made a picnic and we went and had it at the park. It was windy, but beautiful, and we had a great time together... Here is a picture of where we had our picnic:



We had a great day together, and we are thankful for what Christ has done for us!
